Kindness and compassion, although this is nothing to owe, it is just to share.

I have an abundance of food and fresh produce (that I grow), and yes, I love to share these things. I also am fortunate to have education and useful skills, and I love sharing this also.

Thank you everyone, for your lovely and tender responses. ❤.

I have love, creativity and compassion. I’m really glad with this question because it had helped me to realize that I’m constantly sharing this abundance with the people around me. I don’t need anything back because I give it from my heart and soul. Thank you for this lovely reminder <3

I have been told I have a lot of compassion. I do have common sense also which doesn’t come naturally to some people. I fight for what I believe in and never give up hope.

When I think of it, I really have everything in abundance. A garden adds additional abundance around this time of year which can be shared. Every season offers some kind of abundance. It fills me which so much gratitude.

I am struggling with the meaning of abundance here. My first impression is that it might mean having an infinite amount of some resource. When I consider that, however, even intangible resources–like joy, patience, mirth, generosity, or time–are finite in some way.

This might be something that I have struggled with lately, or for a while. In many of my close relationships, I overextend, thinking that I can meet others’ needs and possibly compensate for perceived deficits and that, in return, my work will be honored and my needs will be met. That guarantee does not exist, however, and other people may still have their own barriers to meeting my needs that I cannot eliminate.

Perhaps I can reframe this as what value I bring to others with the understanding that I can set boundaries.

I bring joy, intelligence, competence, dedication, generosity, sensitivity, and companionship.

    I have an abundance
    of curiosity,
    smiles
    heart for connection,
    money
    intuition
    commitment to the commonweal
    appreciation
    concern for planet Earth

I share daily when the energy flows. It’s blocked right now as I recover from a visit from miss covid.

I have an abundance of love. A wife that loves me, a family that loves me, a mother that loves me, friends that love me. I could share the love I receive with the world around me. In part I need to lower my own walls to both send and receive love more effectively.

I seem to have an abundance of enthusiasm. Particularly, enthusiasm for connection. As I move through this life, these connections are the mile posts, marking the way that I have traveled.

I have an abundance of encouragement to share with others. While I struggle to find encouragement for myself sometimes, I love being able to cheer others on and encourage them to reach for their stars and to attain their goals.

I think that is wonderful! And how interesting that your abundance to give to others springs from knowing what it feels like to want encouragement. I wish that I could know you better and be there for you, as you are for others. You have a special gift.

Among other things, my abundance of hope, clarity and connectedness comes to mind this am. I will express/share these traits with my children as we embark on a fresh/full week of custody/connectedness. Life has been very rocky for them/me as of late so it comes as no surprise these traits come to mind. They are needed and I have an abundance of them to share.

I have an abundant wealth of children’s songs that I was raised with: about seasons, nature, holidays , you name it!
Want to share some of this wealth with the young students I teach!

My last boss on my job told me, “You do too much for people.” That bothered me in way, but it was a message that I needed to prioritize a bit. I like helping people with my skills, making donations to causes that I believe in, and developing some more optimism to share.

I share the abundance of the vegetable garden and meat of the animals I raise. I have been trying to share the abundance of gratefulness I have encountered in my mindfulness practice that began 8 or so months ago when I began a new path towards sobriety from alcohol.

8 months of sobriety! Congratulations Joseph on your great accomplishment! For me it’s been coming up 11 years.. it was difficult at first but being sober allowed me to look at my inner feelings to then work on them. Having an interest like your gardening really helps. You got this! Be proud of yourself!

I do what I can with what I have, whether or not that feels like abundance, when needs arise.

I have an abundance of many things. I think how I can share would be to use everything way less. To crave and want way less so that everyone can have more . I can share by working on letting go of all my wants, and greed. I can pay attention to what my mind is craving and my thoughts which are full of greed. I think the first step is to admit that I am greedy and start there !
Before I had many expectations of life. Now I am seeing that attachment comes in many ways! I’m grateful to having eyes open to the greed of the human mind . I pray to let go of my greedy minds .

An elder in my faith community once told me, “Follow your skills, your heart and leadings of Spirit.” I’ve tried to do that throughout my life, and that’s what I share.

I’m attempting to stay committed to regularly answering the question. When I am feeling stretched I am trying to lean in. I’m not sure how to quantify my abundance… This answer feels a little forced. But, I’ll start with simply sharing kindness. I’m practicing ahimsa, yogic non-violence, in my daily encounters especially when I drive in vicious Atlanta traffic. I don’t have an abundance of time; but, I’ve been endeavoring to prioritize people and movements that matter to me. In the past, I’ve allowed too much time to be given to idolness.

The wonderful thing about kindness is, the more you give, the more you have. 🕊

Maybe you weren’t giving too much time to idolness, Avril – maybe that was a valuable gift you were giving yourself 🙂
