In acknowledging the beauty and kindness I perceive in others and in being deeply grateful for their humble, honest, sometimes also humorous or witty way of being, of sharing, of giving, of taking things and, with a twinkle of an eye, let them miracuously appear again, of their teaching that both the perspective of scarcity and of great fullness expresses the both present as well as non-present coin of what is, in realizing and speaking about the great freedom of choice we have in what our mind´s eye is perceiving, of their and my taking care for essentials of basic needs of others or responding to them in a loving way as well as for mental and spiritual indispensables, which are so kindly and unconditionally provided by others for all. What a wonderful world! 🙏🙇💫❤️🙏
Today I got to be at home in the yard and I made a fire and relaxed. I’m so grateful to be able to enjoy the flames on the last evening of summer -July 2022.
Hugs my friends.
As any content of thought, July is gone. But you are there…. Big hug.
In humility – that way I don’t need to defend the imaginary self that the I thinks is important, thereby losing peace of heart.
I can contribute to the “great fullness” of life by being Me & shining my light bright. Spreading love, joy & “goods seeds” all over the land! ✨🌟❤️
Happy Saturday to All….🌼🐝🌸
By sharing love and compassion with everyone.
I like to think I am doing so. I will keep on keeping on.
By sharing and giving of myself and by being present and participating. Also, I think learning and continuing to have experiences are what makes my life feel full.
By being present to it…by being grateful for it…I saw the following meme with no author credited:
“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a freind.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I had tears streaming as I started to watch. So beautiful.
Deep bow of gratitude.
Fullness implies to me that there is no need to add more. Fullness is already there for me to experience, to grasp, to enjoy. I only have to acknowledge it and to remind myself of it regularly. It takes care of itself and of me. There is nothing for me to do but to embrace it and be conscious of it.
By leaving everything as it is. Accepting life as it is. By seeing fullness in everything. We can not take anything away from god nor can we add something. There is only one. Who should take away, change or add what? If we call it emptiness or fullness , it is always the same.
Herman-Josef, Thank you for the reminder.
By being like the sun and letting my light shine.
By being present, especially in nature, architecture, and with others. My life feels more full when people make a sincere and authentic connection with me so I try to do the same with people I come in contact with each day.
I try to make people’s life better by making them feel noticed and thanked. It might be the person directing traffic in a construction zone, the person making appointments at the doctor’s office, the checkout clerk, or my husband. People like to been seen and appreciated. I thank all of you who post here. It is lovely time away from the troubles of life.
I just need to be myself. I’m one sliver of the fullness not the whole thing.
I can contribute to the ‘great fullness’ of life with joy and laughter:)
Fully engage, maintaining the cycle of cultivating within and acting and giving of my abilities and resources.
By being kind to all and being grateful for everything.
I participate in the great fullness of life every day by showing up. It’s really not that complicated.
By being generous in giving out love.💛
