Language (reading, writing and comprehension). My level may not be at its highest, but the level I do have, in some ways, are a life saver, allows me to be autonomous and I am able to get more done. I can even be creative, which adds to the enjoyment of it, adding to its repertoire and it can kill, save time or, just plainly, dispell boredom. Yeah, language!
On the occasions when I come late to these questions I learn so much from the replies of others. Reading the question, my immediate response was that for today at least, it feels like I have no skills or at least nothing that usefully contributes. And of course, as I read the skills identified by you all, I began remembering that I have that skill, or that one, and even that one. Thank you for helping me to remember them 😊
And the skill I am most grateful for? The ability to self-reflect, to learn and to grow 🙏
Mine or others? Haha. I’ve really recommend if you are looking for an awesome series to watch PBS Nova series called Planets. Super amazing and blown away by that series so if you want to be in awe that is a great series.
In myself maybe the capacity to keep finding the non-serious edge in life, the enjoyment possible and try to ride it in a way along with being honest. I try to keep things somewhat inane at times which others find negative perhaps but also helps me to have more ease. But I’m also very honest or try to be. I’m kind of at the extremes of being very honest yet also extremely inane, it sort of balances hopefully.
My greatest skills are probably my intellectual abilities. I am grateful for my abilities to think through ideas logically and to wonder about deep questions, growing in wisdom at each moment in my life.
Empathy for others along with action to help even in very small ways like a smile or holding a hand or giving food or saving a spider. Which I am fearful of some of the ones I have saved. They deserve to live. Usually I can lift up suffering just being sensitive to what comes my way.
Resilience. Pick myself up, again & again, & keep moving forward.
Curiosity. I want to know more, learn more. I want to grow.
Sight, hearing, empathy, flexibility……Happy Sunday All 🌨💨🌨
It is raining & crazy windy here in No. California. 🙏❤️🙏
Listening to others, a good attitude, the gift of equanimity most times, a sense of humor. I think I have learnt through the years if I let myself go through my emotions-to be sad or angry-and then move on, that ability has been a real gift to me and others. And looking for the good in people rather than focusing on the negative has been helpful as well, especially if. it is someone who is unhappy and angry with the world.
Listening without interruption. Affirming others. Writing. Remembering song lyrics, or bits of them, and singing a phrase or two in response to a situation. Kindness and compassion. These seem more like gifts, not sure if they are skills.
I am grateful for my enthusiasm and diligence. I try to approach many of the obstacles that I see in life with determination and enthusiasm. I keep learning over and over again about the things that I’m afraid of and most of the time I’m able to deal with them much better than I thought! Determination and resilience keep me going!

I can usually make people feel comfortable, regardless of the situation.

Dog walking, tea making and vegetable gardening.
I have a variety of technical skills. The problem with this is that they always need upgrading but i guess one thing builds upon another.

Listening, work ethics, love and kindness, and being grateful each and every day.
Withholding critical or harsh comments to others. It makes us both feel bad. Even when warranted, I try to be kind.
