Not be limited by fear, complacency, or walls I’ve erected to keep others out or in. Take risks and explore. Not settle for smallness

Life is like a video game if you really think of it. You got to take care of yourself to not lose XP but think about all the fun moments that you get in the game, it’s the same in life

I feel alive when I go out in nature. I really enjoy hiking and kayaking and get a sense of peace from it. I also enjoy spending time in worship, singing on Sundays really helps me feel connected. Finally, exercise exhausts me in the moment, but I often feel more charged and energized aferwards. So those are some things that just me feel more physically present and connected to the world.

I am holding three keys in my hand, each to a door I find sacred.

The problem is never the freedom, time to unlock those doors.

To experience a greater sense of aliveness, I can dig deeper into the teachings of the ancient and modern mystery schools, as these can help me to understand the secrets of the universe and to have wonder about great knowledge that few people have been historically privy to.

Standing in the rain. Summer rain has big fat rain drops that splash on your face.

I can experience a greater sense of aliveness by spending more time in nature, quiet and alone, and absorbing the feeling that I am a part of it.

Be in the now. Be aware of all I have to be grateful for. Eat healthy. Get enough sleep.
    Go on a adventure.

I take a deep breath, let it out in a long slow sigh and centre myself in my body.

Mixing it up helps me sometimes… just simple things like sitting in a different room, doing a different task, listening more carefully to someone without judging that I think I know what they are going to say or mean, going out when I can (but now we are being careful), preparing different foods, learning about something we thought we had no interest in, and being present and relishing the moments with gratitude.
