My dear Friend, DTM, whose son is experiencing a terrific loss, and she is feeling powerless to help. May she find peace.

Although I am a day late in posting-busy things happening-I also hold the people of Ukraine in my thoughts and prayers, and all people suppressed by dictators.

Today, I hold the people of Ukraine and the people of Russia in my heart. There is so much fear and suffering over there, yet there is also so much hope, resilience, and even humor through it all.

    My students.
Those who are feeling “other” and don’t see themselves reflected in the spaces in their lives where they should so they can meet their potential.

    my son
and, yes, devy and others – the Ukranian people! I made 2 tiny Ukranian flags for my friend and me after my online yoga teacher sent healing thoughts to them

The Ukrainien people who are under attack, being displaced and suffering from the atrocities they face . My thoughts and prayers for them all. We have no reason for saying our freedoms are jeopardized when we see what’s happening elsewhere in the world.

The fearful, especially those fellow people of Ukraine who acutely have to leave all behind,, their home, friends, husbands, family, beloved pets, all that where they have given their heart to. I pray for their well being and that of their dear ones who stay. May they be safe, nourished and guided by His Love.

My dad will be held in my heart today. He had fall recently and I have been spending all my free time helping him out. I will be traveling back home today. He is hopefully on the road to recovery, but he will be in my heart daily until I am able to return to him.

I hold in my heart all those who suffer from conflicts; not just the Ukraine, but also Afghanistan and many other places not currently much in the news. There are 27 world conflicts today. One is too many.

I also hold in my heart Dan & Meg who used to be my neighbors and are now homeless and living in their car. Their children are with their grandparents. I think of them every day and hope that their luck will turn.

I also hold in my heart many here who have been or are now in challenging situations. Words cannot express enough my love.

Wow, Holly – that’s sad about your neighbors! There was a woman with 2 children living in the garage of a house across the street from me, but that’s the closest I’ve come to homeless neighbors.

The people of Ukraine 🇺🇦. The millions of Americans, especially children, who are going to lose Medicaid benefits because the pandemic exception will expire.

One of my mother’s best friends, Sandra. Her father passed yesterday. He was old, but it was not expected. I love Sandra and her entire family. I give them all space in my heart today.

I can continue to hold Ukrainians in my heart today. I keep thinking of that little 6 yr old girl CNN did a story on the other day.
Also, I have noticed that Dusty Su has not posted here in a very long time. I know Australia is having major flooding. I hope you are ok. Not sure if you made your move to Belize or not but I miss seeing you on here. Be well.

I have also been thinking of Dusty and hope she is doing well. It may be she is just busy or doesn’t have internet.

I, too, have been thinking of the Ukrainians. I try to remember there are also ordinary Russians who are horrified by the situation as well, some of them risking jail to protest, and many who have been living in the Ukraine and are now among the refugees. There will be much suffering all around for the greed of a few.

Thank you for mentioning them, Michele. ❤

Today I’m going to make music in a “walk-in house” for people with cancer. It is a very special house that is run by volunteers; doctors, psychologists, musicians,… There is a garden that is maintained by volunteers. I hold everyone who comes there in my heart, but also the rest of the world. All people, animals, plants. Everything that lives.
