I could go with “open” or “present”. With yesterday’s question in mind I could equally choose “beauty” and find it wherever I look, or “delight” for my daily list of the delights I encounter over the course of the day and note in my journal. We find what we’re looking for.
It’s an interesting question. I normally just think of the word and practice of gratefulness and I am able to re focus my thoughts towards what I have, what I have done, and how lucky I have been.
But if I had to pick a word, maybe the word “Abundance”. I will give this a try and see how it goes.
I look forward to reading all of your answers.
it was a real moment of Light, when Br. David once was cited here by others that Gratefulness is not a feeling but a perspective one can choose for. Since, it has brightened up my inner world and with it, the ones who are with me. Thank you for the reminder, dear Charlie.
I will focus on “acceptance.” I found Richard Rohr’s quotes and the meditation offered at the end of his essay today very helpful for my personal life situation and the world situation this morning.

I like the word peace. Being at peace, having a peaceful energy, looking at others from a gentle and peaceful perspective. Yes, my word is peace. ☀️
Thank you for this, dear Mary, and grateful for your being here.
I’m grateful for you dear Ose.
