Peace

As we witness heartbreaking loss and violence in our own backyards and around the globe, gratefulness is offered as an antidote. It offers a way to counter the downward spirals within ourselves and the world, creating inner and outer peace. Living gratefully asks us to stop to become present to what is, to look in order to notice what needs our care and appreciation, and to go — taking action that supports a peaceful and thriving world.
