I'm having trouble registering for a program. What should I do?

Clear your browser cache and cookies, ensure your browser is up-to-date, or try another device/browser.Note: When your registration is successful, you will receive an on-screen confirmation, followed by a registration receipt sent via email. If you did not receive a confirmation or receipt, your registration likely didn’t go through. Please try again.

What should I do if I signed up for a program but have not received any emails?

Possible reasons:
Spam filters, time zone differences, or registration issues (e.g., typo or incorrect email).What to do:
Check Spam, Junk, Trash, Promotions, and Updates folders.

Verify your registration email address.

Can I purchase a Pathway or a course as a gift?

Why don't I see my Pathway in my user profile?

All Pathway materials and links are delivered via email. They are not accessible through your user profile. At the end of each Pathway, we send an email with links to each day’s contents. We recommend saving this email in order to retain ongoing access to the Pathway.

What should I do if I purchased an on-demand course but cannot access it?
