Grateful Aging: The Wisdom of New Beginnings
Discover how gratitude can transform not just how you age, but how fully you live each day you’re given.
Aging can be full of doctor’s appointments, changes, and losses that impact your quality of life. It can also be a time of immense growth, vibrancy, and purpose. This workshop won’t change the realities of aging, but it will help you reframe aging as an opportunity to explore what makes you come alive in this season of your life. Drawing on the principles of living gratefully and the wisdom of our 100-year old founder, Br. David Steindl-Rast, we’ll learn to approach life in a new way and say yes to the important and joyful experience of aging.
