Innewerden – durch Achtsamkeit für das Geschenk dieses Augenblicks: Gelegenheit!
Antworten – das heisst, diese kostbare Gelegenheit nutzen!
Immer und immer wieder dies üben: innehalten – innewerden – antworten!
