In 2013, a project called ‘Living Mindfully and Gratefully’ — inspired and encouraged by encounters with Benedictine Monk Brother David Steindl-Rast and other contributors — led to a documentary film intended to be shown in cinemas, schools, seminars and other educational institutions.

These excerpts of filmed interviews with English voiceovers provide an insight into the documentary film, Fulfilled Life – When the Cup Overflows. 10 years after production, the filmmakers met with Br. David and two other participants for an updated exchange of ideas.
