Resilience

Resilience is a matter of having the ability to make our way back from adversity. When we learn to embrace life’s beauty and hardships, we strengthen our ability to navigate life with greater trust, hope, and courage. Grateful living helps us gain perspective and become more resilient, trusting that there will always be difficulty but that we can recover from it, often emerging with greater wisdom.
