About the author

Jotipālo Bhikkhu has been a Theravadan Buddhist monk for 20 years, for 15 years he has been developing a practice of using creative arts to deepen meditation practice. Jotipalo recently spent a year living in a Christian monastery studying Iconography. He is currently living at Birken Forest Buddhist Monastery, learning about videography, and developing a practice he calls Sauntering.
