There are so many moments in each day… I could type a long list! I am content in this moment, which is now a new moment as I’m sitting here on my bench in front of a big window with the morning sun finally high enough to beam light into my home. I have earbuds in and am listening to Tibetan singing bowls. I am happy to be alive this morning. Thank you all for being here!

I feel most content when I focus on this moment, right now, and let go of the mind-chatter that judges, fusses, worries and plans.
When I cuddle my two granddaughters.
Also when I watch the birds coming and going in the garden I feel a sense of joy and contentment.

Probably when I’m asleep since sleep seems to be evading me!

I feel most content laying in my bed with my kitty enjoying the peace and quiet of early morning/or evening times.
I also feel most content when I have all my children together at the same time.

I love early morning, with my coffee and quiet, my husband shares ta big idea from his reading, and I share the question of the day. Sometimes we nod and smile, sometimes there is a discussion. It is a foundation for a good day.

When I lay my head down for a night’s rest, reflecting on my good fortune and when I awaken in the morning to the gift of one more day to unfold.

When the whole family is gathered from near and far around the table, sharing joy and memories, grateful for life and loving. We laugh and kid, we ask “where are the pups now?”, moments in time that we will continue to hold in our hearts, full of love. Merry Christmas, Friends!

Right now, early in the morning, the house is quiet and still. It affords me time to respond to these daily questions, and to ready my heart and mind for the day ahead.

I’m so grateful for this year and all the angles who are everywhere! I’m completely amazed at how much gratitude I have right now and I think it’s all due to meditation.
I can’t believe how wonderful the method of letting go has been to uncover peace within me.
So on Christmas Eve I want to direct gratitude to the universe and all of the helpers who helped so many people go to truth! Thank you so much !
This question asks me to place conditions on contentment?
Truth is here right now and within us all with no conditions only acceptance.
I wish you all a merry holiday wherever you are and with no limitations of conditions. Just live today and do your best today have no regrets about the outcome.
    Cheers!
