I enjoy playing with my cat 🙂

I look forward to reading everyone’s answers – I know it will make me smile.

Right here and now- may I invite playfulness and adventure into this moment. Looking at life with eyes of a child like wonder and happiness with more ease and flow. Thank you .

There is room for joy all day long. Even in a serious meeting that I have later today, I can be lighthearted and spacious.

In every aspect. There is a place for serious and a place for play. Just as light needs the dark for something to illuminate. Just as sadness needs gladness to cheer up the place. Peace, Love & Light.

It seems that we are being asked to become child-like, as opposed to childish. To me it means or encourages innocence in our approach to any part of our life. A child almost always sees things through their innocent eyes as an opportunity to play: with a lock of hair, or a couple of crayons, or a bicycle.
So, if I am to be as such, and take a run or get a haircut, or speak to a member of my Tuesday group, I should think of how playfulness would be a part of those activities. My barber will be either thrilled or appalled!

I don’t know where exactly but I know when I could invite playfulness and adventure. During the week after work I come home, walk my dog, make dinner, clean a little and then watch tv until bed. One night a week I could meet a friend, do a craft, something. The same in the weekends I do take some time for myself Sunday mornings but it’s usually yard and housework and again sitting and watching TV. I’ve been wanting to “play” more- now I just need to find the what, and who.

I was watching winged beings of all different varieties making fiesta eating bugs among the windrows of freshly mown hay. What I call pest control, is dinner served on the fancy china to the winged beings. Watching such comings and goings beats watching TV for me any day. May you find the what and who, Deann.
