An abundance of clarity recently and hope in various forms. I have an abundant beauty in this community; know that I have friends who care about me; something to look at that is beautiful every day- my garden and how God has blessed it this year. I am being given abundant knowledge about my weight loss.

An abundance of vision: what is before me now. Grass and trees stretch down to the bay and the hills across the bay are blue with wisps of brown. Makes me appreciate the gift of being able to see it all.

An abundance that I can be thankful for today is I apply the right practice to aware my habitual reaction. I found that this impatient reaction is triggered by the Ego (greed and aversion). I am grateful to see this, and make my understanding deeper and deeper

An abundance that I can be thankful for today is food. I am grateful to be receiving EBT Calfresh from the government because it helps my boyfriend and I with groceries every month. I am grateful to have a surplus of food, snacks, and I always have food on the table. I am thankful that abundance of food also nurtures me and also allows be to explore a hobby I love, which is cooking.

An abundance of wealth and time that gave me no hesitation about going back into the grocery store to buy the $25 gift card that I had left in my grocery cart when I checked out.😁😜

Abundance is something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. I’m not living a life of financial abundance, but I don’t want to feel like I’m constantly in a deficit. Here’s what I’m thankful to have an abundance of- space, kindness, nourishment, and love. I’m hoping to be thankful for an abundance of garden vegetables soon, but that is yet to be seen!

If you drop the (seeming) importance of laps around the sun, moon cycles, election cycles and all the rest of these made up cycles… and come back to now – right here, right now, eternity opens up. And the great news is you don’t have to do a single thing to access it. Now that is abundance!

Today has been a day with an abundance of good things – a lovely walk in nature with an abundance of wildlife, some brilliant work from the children at school followed by me being able to share their work in a training session and everyone being amazed, an evening spent enjoying the birds on my bird feeder….So much to be thankful for

I woke up with music in my head and so I looked up a few of them on u tube. One song was Sunshine of your Love. I watched Jimi Hendrix play it on guitar and Cream sing it on stage with Clapton. There was a guitar lesson available that went along with that search. I have a guitar (Gibson) that a friend of mine lent me and today I will give it a go. It’s been just sitting there waiting to be played. I have made several attempts to learn to play but have not gone very far. I have to start again somewhere. To me that is abundance and I am thankful for a new day to engage in the process of life.

I share a poem I wrote back in 2015 when my life was filled with struggle. It reminds me that Life is abundantly trustworthy and Mother Nature is always willing to be my teacher no matter what my circumstances.

    Walk with me

I walk in the valley and look at the sky
in hopes I will know what will be.
I seldom accept and I always ask why,
forgetting that faith need not see.

But sometimes the darkness won’t leave
and fear calls me loudly by name.
There’s sadness that’s deeper than grief
and a struggle that tears never tame.

And then I remember your words.
How you said, “All who thirst come to me.”
You said blessed are those who keep faith,
finding hope even when they can’t see.

Then I feel your embrace in the wind
and I hear your sweet song in the brook.
Then you speak from my heart in a whisper
and I know there is no where to look.

For you already live in my breath.
You already die in my pain.
You already rise in my willingness
    to surrender again and again.

I have an abundance of time & freedom. When I quit my job last month, a surplus of time was gifted to me. My plate is very full for the next couple of weeks & so I’m so thankful to have an abundance right now. I’m able to breathe in a way that feels different & connect with people knowing that time is not a barrier. Sweet freedom!!!

There is much within reach. Resources to cultivate and engage for work of all kinds. Relationships that offer support and enthusiasm. Health so as to be a means for mobility and rigor. I am replete in so many ways. And this is balanced by an experience that I am in a vast area of openness and space. Room to move about and nothing truly pressing or demanding. I have a role to play, of course, obligations. But nothing overwhelming. While externally simple and unassuming, my life is luxuriously open. For this I am grateful and the gratitude allows for me to keep from filling it with nonessentials.

I can be thankful for all that I have. I can be thankful for the rain that we are supposed to receive in abundance today,
. Things are pretty dry and a good steady rain would benefit Mother Nature and my vegetable garden ..

I am back on the farm this week at last. Yesterday I saw my first dragonfly of the season (the quote of the day reminded me of this). The quote asks what we would recognize from beginnings Now it is dawn and I’m getting ready to go to the farm and the day is at its beginning. I wonder what bounty the day will bring. The farm season is at its beginning (getting a late start this year), but my family and others will be tasting the fruit and vegetables later in the season, and all winter. I am thankful for the bounty that life brings, and for beginnings, which are always in abundance.

Christine, I live in the far northern part of the US and so my flowers are much later than yours! But I see signs of hope as the lupines I planted last year are beginning to thicken and grow. I planted them to attract bees and butterflies. But I thank you that you are sharing your beautiful flowers with us! It makes my heart glad.

Thank you Patricia, I always see so much hope in the process of growing. I see then the promise of beauty to come and the promise of new seed. My husband and I flew years ago to the USA, we visitid Oregon, Washington state, Vermont, Maine and more states up north. I forgot the names. We loved it very much; the nature so beautiful. 🗻❤
