I am most grateful for life in all of its richness. I am thankful for the dark times that have helped define the bright times. I am thankful for the bright times that have made the dark times bearable.

Like all the dear souls in this space, I am grateful for my life itself, and the way I can open my heart to love, to joy, to change.

For all which is, nature, light, unfolding for all due to the light, for friends and loved ones, for the moment being, to be sitting here in a nice, warm and cozy home, with a delicious tea, writing these lines with a deep thank you for all in my heart.

My children for sure. Today I celebrated my son’s recent promotion with him and we spent a lot of quality time together. That is my “Love language”, quality time.

I agree that it is very difficult to pick the one thing I am most grateful for, but I would say “life itself.”
Followed closely by my husband, my dog and my music.

So so many things/people to be grateful for in my life however at this point in time, I am most grateful for my daughter. Her support, physical presence, help & hand holding is guiding me through a life changing event that I am currently undergoing. She is my rock. I am grateful for her & her kind loving husband. I am so very blessed.❤️🙏🏻❤️

In the moment, I am grateful to be here. I like to answer the question early in the day. Today that was not possible. I am most grateful in this moment to have the time to pause and reflect on the miracle that is my life. I am grateful for my family, my health, my home, my job. I don’t know how to pick one thing! My husband and I decided I can go to a 5Rhythms dance workshop at the end of the month. I will spend 4 days dancing on a mountain top and I am overwhelmed with joy and wonder.

Can’t wait to hear more about the dance workshop, that sounds like a lot of fun.

So so much, how could I choose what tops the list to hold the “most” position? Today I guess it’s that I’ve moved back into our home even though the remodeling isn’t quite complete, it’s reasonably good weather with sun after a lot of rain this week, my sweetheart and I will resume our weekly walk to the farmers’ market routine today, and a dear friend is coming over later to see the house (and possibly get roped into helping with unpacking, little does she know! But I know she’d love to help).

The ancestors…the children…our ability to evolve and hope that the willingness to do so will reign.

Thanks to this practice, I am grateful for
many things. But, if I had to pick one thing,
It might be my physical and mental ability
to do this living life thing. The courage to
get up every day and make this happen.
