By paying attention to the small things others do for us during our day, that normally would go unnoticed. I take notes about everything I noticed someone being kind and generous during my day. It makes a huge difference!
I didn’t need to do anything different to end my day with greater reverence for it. I enjoyed the day with my son and daughter and was grateful for the family time together.
To put more love in small actions.
Journal my gratitudes for the blessings in my life. Let go of any unwanted negative feelings from the day.
I can pause, be grateful for the moment of time in this life and just be……just be in the quiet, still peaceful moment..
Drop into a heart space. Read a poem, listen to music. Be quiet.
Savour it more…
Exercise greater precision… meaning, focusing on an openness rather than approaching the day within a specific context. If I show up as a hammer, everything will look like a nail. If I show up with an emptiness, there is immense space for whatever shows up. Dropping all the pretexts does, however take some attention and care.
Stay in this precious moment. 🧚♀️
to keep goin’. Don’t stop.
My day is over, I’m resting … thankful that a pain in my right eye has passed.
Grateful for having had good relationships with many people.
What did I do, unlike other days?
Maybe I feed my soul with caresses, knowing that I need it, knowing that I can go on even if there is something I have to change.
Knowing that everything will pass, but love lasts forever.
I can have a greater appreciation for each day as it is and for each person I come in contact. I can release the negative thoughts that come into my mind.
I can not let my frustrations get the better of me. I can try to understand my partner’s point of view . I can focus at work and have a productive day. I can try not to let the little things get to me. I can find small ways to show my partner affection.
I can take a second longer to pause at the end of the day to express gratitude and appreciation for a day well lived. Indeed our lives are the sum of our days.
