Being present and in the moment. For me, the wftd fits well right now. I am deeply sad right now, as it seems i have lost almost all of what my heart beats for and my hopes and dreams seem to turn out to be nothing but illusions. Something deeply painful, which i suppose many do experience at times in their lifes. The one and the many turned away and seem to completely disappear from my life. So sad. I try to face it, feel it when it is there, try not to let it overwhelm me but let it pass and turn my face to the present and the positive which is there as well; it helps to stay in the moment, while so far, in the same time, the grief does not lessen. It just is extremely painful. May be this is something i can do for my future self in order to open up more to you and all. I don´t know. Greetings to all of you, dear friends.

      I’m so sorry,
      dear Ose,
that you are going through this dark time of sadness.
I don’t think any one of us is a stranger to these feelings,
      but take comfort knowing
      that these too,
      will pass.
      In the meantime,
I hold you in my heart
      with love . . .
      sparrow ♥

It does happen to many, but that doesn’t make it any easier. Sending you peace, strength, and resilience for this time of your life.

I’m getting to this question in the evening instead of in the morning. I’ve already ridden my bike to work and back, listened to French lessons both ways as I’m working to bring back what I learned in high school and college, and I spent good time with coworkers both working and enjoying a delicious lunch, so that’s some good things right there.

The question is making me open the tab to finish working on the update to my will and my legal and healthcare power of attorney forms, which are on my list of intentions for this month. Thank you for this prompt!

Keep on exercising everyday rain or shine. Walking is my medicine. I have to move each day for my physical well being & my mental well being.
    Continue with my yoga practice.
    Meditation & prayer are musts.
My future self wants me to improve my diet!!!
Think good thoughts, stay positive & be love.
    🕊️♥️

I am with you on the walking rain or shine. Daily yoga and daily meditation too, keeps that monkey in that corner of my mind a bit calmer

Today I will keep pushing myself outside of my comfort zone for my future self so that I can attempt to live a more fulfilling life again. I am doing this today by attending a wellness class. I will learn some good/helpful information and meet new people.

Something that I can do for my future self would have to be living in the present. The more I think about it, I worry so much about the future instead of focusing on the present. I worry about finding love and where I’ll be this time next year. The main thing I need to focus on is now, the future will be here soon because life goes by incredibly fast which is why I need to live in the moment. I’m grateful for today, becasue every day is not promised.

Concentrating on foods the nourish my body (and soul). Moving my body in ways that makes me feel happy and strong. Eating mindfully rather than mindlessly snacking.

I can try to worry less. Because you know what? My future self will be here soon enough and can take care of himself.
Oh yeah, and get some exercise. 😁

I need to make some medical appointments that I’ve been putting off. And, as always monitor my monkey mind!

Being a supportive person means helping others within my capacity. It not only brings a source of long-term joy, but also reminds me that I, too, cannot avoid receiving help from others while I’m on this planet. May the art of kindness and joy be with all of you!

My Ngoc, helping others is the best buzz of all. In order to do that, we must allow ourselves to receive care. Fortunately, I’ve improved a lot in that area. My strengthening faith in god and backstage politics have helped me along the way. Kyle Wheeler had the “I will pass before I shoot” trademark saying back in high school. Now, my new trademark saying coming out of that is “I will shoot more to pass effectively.”

Continue working to complete an online assessment that will lead to a reduced insurance premium next year. Filing some overdue paperwork that will lighten an emotional load I’ve carried for too long. Continue to nurture a grateful heart for all I’ve received.
